Anthony Lloyd is showing a selection of his prints in the Deli this December.
He’s probably most famous in Charlbury for using steamrollers to make his prints, In this show, though, there’s a selection of prints at Christmas present prices. He’s used a range of printmaking techniques from etching and monotype to relief and screen print.
After completing a Fine Art degree from De Montfort University, he went on to gain an MA in Multi-Disciplinary Printmaking at University of the West of England.
He likes to encourage people to engage with his work. He runs printmaking workshops in his Charlbury studio and is regularly invited to do the same at festivals and events.
He’s exhibiting as the town’s new pop-up print gallery experiments this December with selling, just a few doors away from the Deli, affordably priced prints from artists like Picasso, Barbara Hepworth, Dorothy Hodgkin and Antony Gormley
